Dry Out Systems arrived at the residence and found the crawlspace flooded causing water damage to the area. After pumping the water out of the crawlspace, it was found that the sump pump had failed and water was entering from the extensive amount of rain that was occurring during a storm. Drying equipment was placed and the structure was stabilized until verification of coverage was afforded by the insurance company. Once coverage was verified, Microbial cleaning was performed and air movers were placed to expedite drying. Once our dry standard goal was reached, a new vapor barrier was installed and sealed.

Customer called explaining his rentals refrigerator supply line failed causing water damage to multiple rooms in his property. The rooms that were affected by the water damage were the Kitchen, Bathroom, & Dining Room. Water extraction was completed & minimal demo was needed to remove wet material. The crew set recommended amount of equipment on site to properly dry the structure. After 6 days the affected areas moisture levels were reduced to the dry standard found in the home. The customer was then connected with a contractor to restore the home back to pre-loss condition.

The customer's two story cabin was flooded due to a burst pipe. It impacted both floors including the 7 room on the bottom floor and 5 on the top. We responded within the same day to do the water extraction. Due to the extent of the damage, we had to demolish the flooring, some insulation and drywall, as well as some of the cabinets. We also mitigated any microbial growth to ensure they didn't have any long-term damage. They were so grateful to have the affected areas removed so they could start the rebuilding process.
