Comment: Dry Out Systems has been a life saver! We first had to call them last October, when the plumber who installed our tub messed up and didn't seal the drain properly! They showed up right away, even though it was the middle of the night. When they found out we had small children sleeping in the house Abnel and his associate moved so quietly and whispered so as not to wake our three sleeping children! They helped us through the process of getting the plumber's insurance to pay for it, since the plumber and his insurance tried to deny paying for the full costs! They waited patiently while we fought the plumber's insurance for close to 6 months! When it came down to it, they helped us keep our sanity! A month ago we had a pipe under our kitchen sink come out and flood our kitchen and crawlspace. Again they showed up right away and took care of everything! The second incident was covered without question by our insurance! We never even saw a bill! Our insurance just sent a check!
