I called dry out systems after my crawlspace flooded...again! The "other company's" work failed. I got good, reasonable advice and technicians were sent out right away. Sean and Bonnie did a GREAT job and accommodated my schedule as well as my toddler who wanted to help and kept asking questions. Even though they worked past his bedtime, we both got a GREAT night sleep knowing our home was in good hands and the jon would be done right. Thank you!

Dry Out was very quick to get a crew out to deal with my flooded crawlspace. I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the technicians. I appreciated how they would call ahead each day to check on the progress. When State Farm would not cover my claim Wade was understanding and we were able to work out a fair price. Overall, I was pleased with the work Dry Out did and felt like I was well taken care of.

I called Dry Out Systems at about 10 pm and they were at my house 30 minutes later. Sean, Chris, and the rest of the crew were very professional. Andy made sure to follow up with us throughout the process. I will not hesitate to use them again!

Andy and the team were extremely good from start to finish. This was a very stressful time for me. I was thankful for their compassion.

Great service, had my house flood tree times until a plumber found out the cause. With each flood, dry out was there providing excellent customer service. I would highly recommend dry out services, Andy made sure my insurance claims were taken care of and house in good shape.

I have been meaning to write this :) I am a General Contractor and I have used this company multiple times or at least referred them to other customers/vendors. I have seen there work first hand and its exquisite, professional, and completed in a timely fashion. They also take the effort of letting you know if they are on time or if it may take a few more days. Most people say it's expensive.... TRUE, but you get exactly what you paid for. I know I can walk inside the house/crawlspace and know that it's clean and water free and I won't have mold issues in the next few months. As an owner of multiple properties, Dry Out has helped us more than once out of a disaster situation, great family own company in Alaska would recommend to any family or friends.

They did a great job drying us out after a burst pipe. They were fast and efficient. Their staff was friendly and helped us out when we really needed it.

Dry out systems of Alaska did a great job on my downstairs when my toilet overflowed and basically flooded my basement. They were very friendly, answered all of my questions and gave me advice on what to do should this ever happen again. They got the job done quickly and were very professional. I would recommend this company to everyone. They were amazing!

I came home to a soaked basement carpet, and started humming a catchy little tune, and knew immediately who to call. I called Andy first thing the next morning and his first comment was why didn't you call me last night? Talk about service!! He came right over and got things taken care of my family and reassured us that it wasn't bad as I thought, and helped get us back on track and Dried Out.

They turned a scary and stressful situation into a manageable, educational experience. Their entire team was very polite and respectful, and they got the job done right!

Dry Out Systems has been a life saver! We first had to call them last October, when the plumber who installed our tub messed up and didn't seal the drain properly! They showed up right away, even though it was the middle of the night. When they found out we had small children sleeping in the house Abnel and his associate moved so quietly and whispered so as not to wake our three sleeping children! They helped us through the process of getting the plumber's insurance to pay for it, since the plumber and his insurance tried to deny paying for the full costs! They waited patiently while we fought the plumber's insurance for close to 6 months! When it came down to it, they helped us keep our sanity! A month ago we had a pipe under our kitchen sink come out and flood our kitchen and crawlspace. Again they showed up right away and took care of everything! The second incident was covered without question by our insurance! We never even saw a bill! Our insurance just sent a check!

Justin and Abnell from Dry Out Systems Alaska saved us! They arrived thirty minutes after we called them about our water damage. They immediately began to reduce further damage and then helped up get connected with USAA to get the problem covered. I appreciate their professionalism and support. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service! Dry Out Systems came to my house on a weekend within about twenty minutes. They even listened to my whole description of the problem and asked questions to see if i could do it myself or if their service was needed. Their technician was fantastic, keeping me calm in the middle of my emergency, thoroughly checking everywhere that may have possibly gotten wet. They found the best and least expensive solution for me and made a stressful situation a pleasant one. Don't delay -call Dry Out today (to avoid mold call asap!)

Awesome! They arrived at my house within 30 min, when I called early in the morning with flooding in my house. At one point, I had four workers setting up all the equipment to dry out my carpets and floor. They have been nothing but professional this whole time. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

They were here within 45 minutes of the flood. Amazing customer service! Id recommend them to anyone.

On Feb.28, 2014 A sewer backup caused my mothers basement to flood. Within 40 minutes of calling them, they were on site. Abnul and Jessie jumped right in and immediately started the messy clean-up. Within a few hours the work they did was impressive to say the least! These guys are wonderful! Over the last few weeks they were at the house just about daily, checking on their equipment and making sure everything was okay. These guys Jessie,Abnul and Gavin are the hardest working men I have seen. They are life savers! Thank you, Thank you for your help and great work. 17 days from start to finish...Impressive excellent service.
