• Comment: We had an accidental overflow in our shower that ended up causing damage to the bathroom subfloor and ceiling in the room below it. DOS was at my house with equipment setup within 12 hours of my call. They were so courteous and explained every step of the process and what to expect. They immediately began coordinating with my insurance company and drywall/tile repair companies to get estimates. They left my house spotless after demo work on drywall and tile. It feels weird leaving a great review for a company I hope I never have to use again, but if I do I know I'll be in great hands.
