We have used Taylored Restoration in the past and contacted them when our crawlspace had 2 feet of water this past March. It was a weekend and Taylored was oddly closed. We then called your company and I spoke with one of the owners who was honest about insurance and was definitely not just trying to make money. While we were very pleased with Taylored, I have to say that your company surpassed them and your customer services is the best I have ever seen in Alaska! Will stayed at our house beyond 1:00 am to finish draining our crawl space as much as possible. They called the next day to check on the status and see how everything was doing and on Monday came back to finish including Andy. Your company provided the highest quality of work and customer service that I have ever seen. The price we were charged is well below that which another company would have charged. I hope we don’t need your service again; however we would definitely call you first if needed and recommend your company.
